This is a parlor larp, playable with 2 to  12 people in about 2 to 3 hours. #instayoga emulates being an instagram yoga model. By engaging with the instructions, players actually become these models– although artificially. Players post pictures of themselves, add uplifting captions, and make encouraging comments on each other’s posts. Facilitators provide a modern yoga atmosphere by delivering basic yoga experiences. #instayoga is a fun, body positive, and uplifting time.
